It's nice but there's room for improvement :)
Majority of the staff was very hospitable and sweet. I had an urgent video meeting to attend and they made sure that things were in place on time. The food was good.
The location. It was quite deserted. After dark, it was difficult and scary to come back to the hotel from the main city. Thankfully, nothing untoward happened. But it could have easily. That is what is scary. Also, the hotel wasn't well managed. The pool wasn't clean enough... The shower room was in the basement... unkempt... The day we reached, it was raining heavily and there was water leakage from AC ducts in almost all the corridors. The bedding wasn't very clean. There wasn't enough drinking water available in the room. On asking for water bottles to be delivered to thd room, it always took very long.

The property had reasonable facilities but is located far from city.
The good things: 1. Polite and responsive staff. 2. Good food, breakfast had reasonable spread and food quality was good. 3. Restaurant staff was responsive to our requests and service was prompt. 4. Property is reasonably well maintained. 5. Housekeeping is OK.
1. The location. The hotel is located far from the city in the midst of a forlorn location with absolutely no facilities around. I was disappointed that a Ramada - Wyndham hotel could be located in such a location and there would not be any prior warning during the booking. Especially when I was travelling with family. 2. Hotel facilities like the 24x7 coffee shop was not operative. 3. Area around Swimming pool requires development. 4. We wanted to shift to any other better located hotel the next day, considering that we were willing to forego one-two days rental, but we were told that there would be no refund for the full 4 day period booking. This was unfair. 5. Lastly, please review the red hotel directory kept in the room. It requires professional proofreading and needs to be updated with correct information.

Photography and making videos by outsiders while we were in the swimming pool. It's a serious matter. It was brought to the notice of the staff. You must take strict action. Change rooms are also in very condition, stinking, not maintained.
